Architectural Photography Walk

Join us for an inspiring architectural walk through the heart of Zurich, guided by Zurich-based architect Arturo and accompanied by architectural photographer Cornelia Kindsvater.

This 90-minute walk begins at the Opera House and concludes at Kunsthaus Zurich, inviting you to experience the city through both an architectural and photographic perspective. Along the route, Arturo will share architectural insights and highlight selected buildings, spaces and details, while Cornelia will offer visual storytelling techniques and practical tips for capturing architecture and urban spaces.

Whether you are joining with a smartphone or a professional camera, you will learn to observe architecture more consciously, discover compelling perspectives, and work with light, geometry and composition to create more expressive images.

Because a photograph does not begin with the click of a shutter - it begins with the art of perception. By slowing down, paying attention and noticing the subtle relationships between form, light, shadow and space, you will develop a deeper understanding of how compelling images are created.

Beyond architecture and photography, this walk offers an opportunity to connect with like-minded people who share an interest in creativity, design and the city itself. Exchange ideas, meet new people and become part of a growing community of visual explorers.

The walk concludes with an apéro at Kunsthaus Bar, providing the perfect setting to continue conversations, share impressions and unwind together.
